We need your help:

In order for you to continue operating your Freedom Fuels Business Account Card in the future, a card will be required. To help ensure a smooth transition and begin transacting through your new card we will need you to;

• Complete and return the Update / Change of Account Details Form which includes:-
• An acknowledgement and acceptance of the new Freedom Account Card Terms and Conditions;
• Space for you to nominate what you would like to appear on your Card/s; and
• A choice for you on how you want your card delivered
• Complete and return the Direct Debit Approval Authority
• Obtain a card by registered mail
• From November 1st, 2009 onward present your card whenever making a purchase from a Freedom Fuels’ site; and
• From November 1st 2009 onward account payments will only be accepted via the direct debit process with all outstanding amounts transferred by the 14th of the month following the transactions

Upon receipt / collection of your card please call 1300 667 202 to activate prior to using for security purposes.

As a current account holder we are pleased to provide your initial card requirements free of charge. Any new accounts, lost or stolen cards will incur a fee and be charged to your account going forward in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. The contact number for replacement cards and any questions relating to your account will be 1300 883 450 (Credit Department).

We trust our new Freedom Fuels’ card will simplify and improve your fuel purchasing and reporting requirements.
